Each piece I create is made with care, and I want you to be completely happy with your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Before sending anything back, please reach out to me first — I’d really appreciate the opportunity to chat about what went wrong or how I might make things right. Sometimes a small adjustment or replacement can solve the issue without the need for a full return.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please email me via the contact page with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return or exchange

• A short note about the reason (this just helps me improve for the future!)

Once we’ve connected, I’ll send you return instructions.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

CONDITION OF RETURNS

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Because of their nature, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or commissioned artwork

• Digital downloads

REFUNDS

Once I receive your return, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or not quite as expected, please contact me right away (ideally within 3 days of delivery) and include a photo if possible — I’ll make sure it’s sorted quickly.
